Following these File Setup Guidelines will help us ensure that your print job will come  out exactly how you imagined it to be...

Fonts
Please convert all fonts to outlines/paths/curves.

Bleeds
A "Bleed" refers to graphics that run off the edge of the paper. Please add 1/4" bleed on all sides. If you are still not sure what this means, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Scans
Colour scans should be scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi. Greyscale/bitmaps should be scanned at 1200dpi. All colour scans must be CMYK (as opposed to RGB).

CMYK Full colour, or 4 colour print jobs are printed using CMYK inks. For optimum colour matching, please adhere to this guideline.

Pantone If your print job is designed for pantone colour printing, please ensure that all graphics use only pantone colors.
